Susanna's is my favorite restaurant in Philadelphia... actually, in the world! I've been going there since I was six. Technically its chinese-french fusion cuisine, however, Susanna makes the best pot-stickers I've ever had in my life! My favorite are the duck and fois gras pot stickers, but the pork are a close second. She also makes veal, spicy chicken, mushroom, seafood, etc. Its hard to order a dish there that you won't enjoy. The staff is friendly... if a bit difficult to understand at times :P
