So how do some places mess it up so badly? It’s the process. You know that pizza you just ordered from us? We started making that pizza probably 36 hours ago. Yes, we psychically knew you would order it! In reality, no one takes the time to make a good pizza any more, except Pizza My Heart and some of the more authentic pizza joints in New York. You need to let the dough rise slowly. And who else still hand tosses EVERY pizza? Our dedication to delicious pizza doesn't end with the dough, either. Do you know we have our own recipe for pesto sauce? We figure that alone should be enough for you to tell someone about us. We really hope you enjoy our pizza, because we really like making it.
