Floataway Café opened in May of 1998 by Anne Quatrano and Clifford Harrison, the chefs who charmed Atlanta diners with the debut of Bacchanalia in 1993.
Floataway Café is located in a renovated warehouse that has been transformed into a contemporary dining experience. Buoyant greens & pale blues are offset by light wood and lots of aluminum & natural lighting. A courtyard area is transformed into an outdoor café.
The menu features fresh seasonal cuisine created with country French, Mediterranean and Italian influences. The daily offerings celebrate the fruit of the earth & the joy of the seasons through locally grown and organic produce.
The restaurant seats 70 people with a bar that accommodates 7 for dining and a private room that seats up to 20. Several tables are available in the courtyard for seasonal dining.
